General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - LEGAL INFORMATION
1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the sale of products offered on the website www.planerz.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), owned by the company Planerz, registered with the R.C.S. of Paris under number 979 824 455, whose registered office is located at 25 rue de Ponthieu 75008 Paris (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").The Seller's VAT number is: FR24979824455.
1.2 By placing an order on this Site, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation these GTC. The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time, without notice. The applicable GTC are those in force at the date of the order.
Article 2 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
2.1 The Site is an online sales site for stationery and accessories products (hereinafter referred to as the "Product(s)") open to any natural or legal person using the Site (the "Customer"). The products offered for sale are described and presented on the Site. Images and descriptions are not contractual.
2.2 The Customer places an order by adding the product(s) to the basket and following the online ordering process. Before confirming the order, the Customer must check the details of his order, including the products chosen and their quantities.
2.3 Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of his order. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order, but is an acknowledgement of receipt of the order.
2.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of non-compliance with these GTC, reasonable doubt about the integrity of the Customer or for any other legitimate reason. In case of cancellation, the Customer will be informed by email and any payment made will be refunded.
Article 3 - PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 Product prices are indicated in euros and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed and will be specified during the ordering process.
3.2 Payment is made online at the time of the order, via the payment methods accepted on the Site.
3.3 The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of validation of the order.
3.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of non-compliance with these GTC, reasonable doubt about the integrity of the Customer or for any other legitimate reason. In case of cancellation, the Customer will be informed by email and any payment made will be refunded.
Article 4 - DELIVERY
4.1 The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination and delivery conditions.
4.2 The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to respect the announced delivery times. However, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Article 5 - CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
5.1 The Customer may cancel the purchase at any time before selecting the payment method. Once the payment has been made, the order can no longer be cancelled or returned as the products offered by www.planerz.com are unique and printed individually for each customer.
Article 6 - LIABILITY
6.1 The Seller cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the products sold on the Site.
Article 7 - PPROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1 The Seller undertakes to comply with the regulations on the protection of personal data. The information collected during the order is intended for the management of the order and will not be transmitted to third parties.
Article 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND SITE USE LICENSE
8.1 The Seller is the sole owner of all the elements present on the Site, including and without limitation, all texts, files, images, animated or not, photographs, videos, logos, drawings, models, software, trademarks, visual identity, database, structure of the Site and all other elements of intellectual property and other data or information (hereinafter referred to as the "Elements") which are protected by French and international laws and regulations relating to intellectual property.
8.2 Consequently, none of the Elements of the Site may be modified, reproduced, copied, duplicated, sold, resold, transmitted, published, communicated, distributed, broadcast, represented, stored, used, rented or exploited in any other way, free of charge or for a fee, by a Customer or by a third party, regardless of the means and/or media used, whether known or unknown to date, without the prior express written authorization of the Seller on a case-by-case basis, and the Customer is solely responsible for any unauthorized use and/or exploitation.
8.3 The Seller reserves the right to take all legal action against persons who have not respected the prohibitions contained in this article.
Article 9 - CUSTOMER SERVICE
9.1 The information and assistance center of Planerz is available to Customers to answer their questions and complaints and can be reached via this email: support@planerz.com
Article 10 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 In the event of a dispute, you must first contact the company's customer service department at the following address: support@planerz.com
10.2 In the event of failure of the claim request with the customer service department or in the absence of a response from this department within ten (10) days, the Customer may submit the dispute related to the order or to the GTC opposing him to the Operator, to the mediator designated by the Operator.
10.3 The mediator will attempt, in all independence and impartiality, to bring the parties together in order to reach an amicable solution. The parties remain free to accept or refuse recourse to mediation as well as, in the event of recourse to mediation, to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
10.4 These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of the GTC will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
